The SKArating Pathways are designed to help individuals advance their knowledge and skills engaging with the SKArating schemes, and be recognised for this through our Professional Accreditation schemes. The pathways offer two distinct routes: the Competent Professional Pathway and the Assessor Pathway. Both pathways begin with a specialised training course tailored to develop the knowledge and competencies required for each role. It is optional and an additional step to become accredited at the completion of training.
