This session provides a focused overview of the updated Offices Environmental 2.0 scheme, it will also focus on the impact category of Materials and key measures within it; their role in driving performance outcomes, and how to apply them in real project contexts. Scheme updates mark a shift toward more accurate impact prioritisation, better performance accountability, and smarter energy-related decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Bringing the scheme in line with the strategic aims of SKArating; to align all projects to Net Zero carbon targets and 100% Circularity.
