    Your name and contact details are added to the public register of Accredited Assessors on www.skarating.org and where clients can then contact you for your services.

    You are licensed to audit and certify SKA rated projects. You are able to process the full certification process on the online tool and issue project assessment certificates after your audits.

    You are given credentials and supported through the accreditation scheme to maintain and increase your professional skills on sustainability which allows you to stand out in teams and the wider market.

SKA RATING ACCREDITATION TYPES & SCHEMES

NEW REGISTRATION - SKA ASSESSOR ACCREDITATION

FOR THOSE TRAINED AS ASSESSORS AFTER 2019. When joining the SKA Assessor Accreditation Scheme, each assessor selects one or more SKA rating schemes in which they wish to be accredited in. Below are the current schemes available. If the assessor is joining the SKA Assessor Accreditation Scheme for the first time, they must follow the new registration accreditation options.

RE-ACCREDITING SKA ASSESSORS

FOR THOSE WHO WERE ACCREDITED UP TO 2019. Use the below re-accreditation options if you are continuing your existing accreditation, or adding a new one to existing schemes.

Steps of the Assessor Journey...

If you intend to become a SKArating Assessor, these steps are milestones in your journey. You may choose to be accredited in one or three schemes, the choice is yours.

  • STEP 1 - Undertake the SKA Foundation course and and pass the exam at the end.

  • STEP 2 - Undertake the SKA Assessor course of your choice and pass the case study assignment and exam at the end.

  • STEP 3 - Select the Accreditation(s) you wish to obtain and complete all the requirements included. Repeat annually to maintain your accreditation.

  • Repeat above STEPS 2 & 3 for each scheme you wish to be accredited in.
