SKA rating helps landlords and tenants assess their interior fi-out and refurbishment projects against a set of environmental good practice criteria, and part of wider sustainability goals. In this hub everyone involved in a project can find all of the resources and tools needed to help engage, use, and assess with the SKArating schemes.

INTRODUCTION SESSIONS ON SKA RATING

If you're beginning the SKArating journey, these are the initial courses to undertake. Aimed at all new to the scheme and wishing to spent up to an hour getting some basics on it. All introduction sessions are free to attend. (Sessions will be advertised here very soon)

Aimed at all who are starting on a SKA rated project or who wish to start the assessor journey.

Aimed at all who wish to complete the assessor journey. It is also aimed for client and project team members who wish to deepen their sustainability knowledge.

Steps of the Assessor Journey...

If you intend to become a SKArating Assessor, these steps are milestones in your journey. You may choose to be accredited in one or three schemes, the choice is yours.

STEP 1 - Undertake the SKA Foundation course and and pass the exam at the end.
STEP 2 - Undertake the SKA Assessor course of your choice and pass the case study assignment and exam at the end.
STEP 3 - Select the Accreditation(s) you wish to obtain and complete all the requirements included. Repeat annually to maintain your accreditation.
Repeat above STEPS 2 & 3 for each scheme you wish to be accredited in.
